Is Bundle Club a good deal?

That's for you to decide, but we think the answer is "yes"! Each Bundle Club bundle is a mix of items that cost at least €45 or more to purchase separately.

When will I receive my Bundle Club delivery?

That depends on when you joined Bundle Club! You'll be billed for Bundle Club every 30 days, and we'll pack your items once we receive your payment. Depending on where you are, it can take anywhere from 2 days to a few weeks to receive your Bundle Club package after it's been paid for.

Please note: Deliveries may be delayed during holidays. We keep track of both how many months you've paid for and how many deliveries we've sent you, so any missed deliveries will be sent to you after the holidays - either in one large box or in multiple boxes.

How can I manage my Bundle Club membership?

Can I pick up my Bundle Club package instead of waiting for delivery?

Unfortunately, no. We currently don't have the necessary resources to offer in-store pickup for subscription products. We occasionally offer Bundle Club promotional boxes at The Front Alley retail locations (such as pop-up shops and market stalls), but these are separate from our Bundle Club membership product.

How does Bundle Club support new artists at The Front Alley?

New artists on our platform sometimes have trouble getting their products out there. By including our favorite products from new artists in Bundle Club packages, we help give those new artists some momentum and sales to get them started.

Does Bundle Club have a minimum subscription term?

No! We hate lengthy contracts and sneaky terms as much as you do. You can pause or cancel your Bundle Club membership at any time.

What happens if I cancel before this month's box arrives?

If you were already billed for this month's box, you'll receive it even if you cancel your membership - unless your membership is refunded.

If you cancel before you get billed for this month's box, that box's delivery will be cancelled as well.

If you cancel after being billed for boxes that were not delivered to you due to holiday delays, we'll send you exactly the amount of boxes we owe you. We can do this because we keep track of both how many months you've paid for and how many deliveries we've sent you. Please note that in this case, the contents of multiple boxes may be placed into one large box.

If you have already paid but do not wish to receive your box (or boxes), please contact us - but keep in mind that we can't cancel a delivery we've already handed off, and we generally can't provide you with a refund. Exceptions may be granted on a case-by-case basis.
